Refund policy

How subscriptions, credit packs, and refunds work.

This is a draft. This policy is being finalized with legal counsel before public launch; the wording may change, but the facts below are accurate.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a period after cancellation.

Credit packs

Credit packs are digital goods that are made available to your account immediately, so they are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by law. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first and we will try to make it right. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may result in suspension of your access while the matter is reviewed.
